Why are there additional
costs for various departure cities?
OUR LADY CALLS offers
departures from over 180 cities throughout the United
States. Our trip price is based on departure from JFK
International Airport in New York. All other cities have
additional add-on costs due to fuel usage and airport size.
Although our trip price is based on departure from JFK, you
will not necessarily fly into JFK.
Why does the listed trip
cost for an OUR LADY CALLS pilgrimage seem higher than the
base cost on other websites?
Most of our competitors list
their trips without including the cost for airport & airline taxes and tips for bus drivers,
pansions, and guides up
front. OUR LADY CALLS includes
these costs in our base price so that there are no surprises
or hidden fees later on. OUR LADY
CALLS pilgrimages are 9 nights in Medjugorje, while
most other standard packages are 7 nights.
Why is there an additional
cost for a single supplement?
The price of a room in
Medjugorje is based on two or three beds. Many travelers,
however, prefer to have the privacy of a single room. This
is made available for a one time cost of $200, which covers
the 9 nights we spend in Medjugorje. All of our rooms
(single, double, and triple) at Toni's Pansion have a private bathroom and
shower.
Why do I have to pay a non
refundable deposit to secure my spot?
The airlines require that we
pay a deposit for every ticket that is issued. The airlines
will not refund this deposit to us for any reason and we are
therefore unable to refund it to you.
In addition, deposits for
accommodations and busses, etc. in Medjugorje need to be
paid in advance
Does the Quick Trip Calculator show
the exact cost of my trip or will I encounter hidden fees
later on?
Yes, the Quick Trip Calculator shows
the exact cost of your trip, provided that you select all
the appropriate options. You will not encounter any
additional hidden fees. See above for a list of things not
included in your trip cost.
Can I pay with
a Credit Card?
Yes, at this time we are
accepting Visa, MasterCard & Discover over the telephone. If you would like
to pay by credit card please call us toll free at (866)
624-1981. In the future we will accept credit cards over
the internet, however, for security reasons, we only accept
credit cards by phone at this time.
Can I pay by check or money order?

Once tickets have been issued by
the airline the ticket value cannot be refunded. Refunds
