Why are there additional costs for various departure cities?
Our Lady Calls© offers departures from over 180 cities throughout the United States. Our trip price is based on departure from JFK International Airport in New York. All other cities have additional add-on costs due to fuel usage and airport size. Although our trip price is based on departure from JFK, you will not necessarily fly into JFK.

Why is there an additional cost for a single supplement?
The price of a room in Medjugorje is based on two or three beds. Many travelers, however, prefer to have the privacy of a single room. This is made available for a one time cost of $200, which covers all of the nights we spend in Medjugorje. All of our rooms (single, double, and triple) have a private bathroom and shower.

Why do I have to pay a non refundable deposit to secure my spot?
The airlines require that we pay a deposit for every ticket that is issued. The airlines will not refund this deposit to us for any reason and we are therefore unable to refund it to you. In addition, Our Lady Calls© must pay deposits in advance to reserve your space for accommodations, busses, etc. in Medjugorje.

Does the trip calculator on your website display the exact cost of my trip? Will I encounter hidden fees?
Yes, the trip calculator shows the exact cost of your trip, provided that you select all the appropriate options. You will not encounter any additional hidden fees. Click here for a list of things not included in your trip cost.

Can I pay with a Credit Card?
Yes, Our Lady Calls© accepts Visa, MasterCard & Discover over the telephone. If you would like to pay by credit card please call us toll free at 1-(866) -624-1981. For security reasons we only accept credit cards by phone at this time.
