What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation charges are as follows:
60-46 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE     10%
45-21 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE     50%
20-03 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE     80%
0-02 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE     100%

Refunds will be made within 30 to 60 dyas after receipt of written notice of cancellation. Refunds made to credit card purchases are subject to a 3.5% free. Once airline tickets have been purchased by Our Lady Calls Pilgrimages to Medjugorje© the ticket value is nonrefundable.

What about trip insurance?
