In 2001, Mike and Denise Hagerty felt called to the ministry of helping others experience Medjugorje. Together they founded Our Lady Calls Pilgrimages to Medjugorje©, a ministry that blessed them with the chance to lead many wonderful pilgrimages through which they made countless new friends along the way.
May 2011 marked their 10th anniversary in ministry! As they say in Medjugorje, Praise be to Jesus and Mary for all of the blessings the first ten years brought to their marriage, family, community of faith, and especially to all the pilgrims from around the world who travelled with Our Lady Calls©. Sadly, this date also marked the passing of Mike Hagerty from his life here on earth to eternal rest in the arms of Jesus and Mary.
In honor of Mike’s memory and as a resounding Yes! to the call of Jesus and Mary, Denise continues the work of Our Lady Calls©, serving pilgrims around the world who desire to travel to Medjugorje. She is excited to meet you and share in the amazing spiritual journey that awaits you!
Meet More of the Our Lady Calls© Family
Dawn Hagerty lived in Medjugorje from March 2003 - August 2007 during which time she served the Church of St. James as the choir director for the English Masses. She also assisted Our Lady Calls© as escort on many pilgrimages. Today she lives in Granger, Indiana where she uses her gifts and talents in music through participation in the local performing arts community and the South Bend Civic Theatre. Dawn continues to serve Our Lady Calls© by assisting with many of the day-to-day operations.
Dianna (Hagerty) Leinen spent five months 
living and volunteering in Medjugorje during the summers of 2003 and 2004. She also assisted Our Lady Calls© as an escort on many pilgrimages. Today she lives in South Bend, Indiana with her husband, Patrick, where she works as the parish resources marketing specialist at Ave Maria Press. Dianna continues to serve Our Lady Calls© by assisting with marketing, social media, and web design projects.
Patrick Leinen made a pilgrimage with Our Lady Calls© in the fall of 2006 when, on a barefoot climb up Apparition Hill, he made the decision to propose to Dianna (check out their Medjugorje Moments story here). Today he works as the lead web designer for Skyline Corporation. Patrick is also the co-founder of Little i Apps, LLC - the company that developed Confession: A Roman Catholic App. He is very instrumental in our web development projects.
